Description of the Trust

It is a neighborhood organization constituted by a Trust contract with internal, building and administration bylaws registered in the Property and Commerce Public Registration Bureau.

The Trust of Playacar Phase I has signed a cooperation agreement with the Mayor of Solidaridad and has the correspondent permit to provide the services.

History of the Trust

The Trust of community services of the development of Playacar Phase I was established in 1991 by Impulsora Playacar, S.A. and modified and given to the home owners for its administration in 1995.

Objective of the Trust

To manage the common areas and community services with the goal of maintaining the image and exclusivity of the development so that all the properties may increase their value.
