Paving and Underground Electricity

Instead of keeping the pace of the capital investment that the Administration have being doing every year; around 10% of the budget: approximately 35,000 dollars yearly and finish in 15-18 years, and following the Assembly decision, the Board proposed to all the owners for a special assessment to finish right away the two things left to finish the development: paving and underground electricity, and overwhelmingly the owners approved this special assessment.

The assessments were calculated based on the square meters of each property, dividing the total bid of the job between the square meters.

Three members of the Board will be in charge of negotiation with the contractors.

The administrator sent you a letter asking for your first payment due on October 1st and the last payment due on November 1st. If you have a doubt regarding the amount, ask the administrator.
