Playacar Phase I Description

Playacar Phase I is a private development located South of Playa del Carmen on over 25 hectares divided in 320 lots. Today there are two shopping centers: “Plaza Marina” and “Paseos del Carmen”, the Playacar Palace Hotel, four condominiums, the condohotel Fishermen’s Village, four archaeological sites and 139 single family residences next to the sea with a shore of a little more than 1,400 linear meters.
