Welcome you to your new long awaited web site!

This site was designed with the purpose to improve communication and the broadcasting of information to all owners of our corner of paradise.

It is presented to you by the board of Fase Uno and should allow you to easily stay informed of the status of your development, its projects, various Playacar issues, issuance of buildings permits and any other subjects deemed of general interest.

Links will be added as we go to make it more useful for information related to Playa del Carmen in general.

We will post your questions of general interest and the answers provided.

It might lighten the load of our administrator and board members by preventing the answering of the same questions multiple times.

All suggestions to improve this site and its general usefulness are welcome. It is a work in progress!
